Goodspeed Tyres is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow business operations across the Ajmer and Beawar districts The role is focused on strengthening market presence expanding the dealer network and driving both primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with distributors and retailers ensuring consistent product availability and achieving assigned sales and collection targets The role involves regular market visits dealer meetings and coordination with channel partners to promote Goodspeed Tyres across two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments The executive will actively work on new dealer onboarding order generation payment follow-ups and resolving day-to-day dealer concerns This position requires close monitoring of market activities competitor movements pricing trends and customer feedback The Sales Executive is expected to share regular sales reports market intelligence and dealer-level insights with the management team Coordination with the internal sales dispatch and accounts teams is essential to ensure smooth order processing timely deliveries and accurate record-keeping The role also includes execution of company schemes promotions and branding activities at the dealer level ensuring proper visibility and communication of company policies The Sales Executive will act as the primary link between the company and the market maintaining professional conduct and representing the Goodspeed Tyres brand with integrity at all times Candidates should have prior experience in tyre automotive FMCG or channel sales with a strong understanding of distributor and retailer management in semi-urban and rural markets Local market knowledge of Ajmer and Beawar districts is essential The role demands high field involvement strong communication skills self-discipline and the ability to work independently to achieve targets This is a field-based position requiring travel within the assigned districts and commitment to consistent market development and long-term business growth for Goodspeed Tyres Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 220 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
