Overview: Abo About the role We have an exciting role of MLR Submission (Fact Checker) – Senior Analyst to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. Let us build this, together Responsibilities: - Validate references and claims in promotional materials, overseeing QC and consistency across multiple content pieces. - Manage proofreading and fact verification workflows, addressing discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary. - Use advanced searches across PubMed, grant databases, regulatory filings, and other scientific sources to authenticate claims. - Ensure strict adherence to multiple brand and medical compliance guidelines (e.g., FDA, internal brand standards). - Contribute to the development and training of best practices, templates, and checklists to support junior team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to guide factual accuracy and integrity - Veeva Vault Overview: Strong working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats, including managing submission, QC reviews, and annotation workflows. - Address reviewer comments, submission discrepancies, align metadata, and ensure the timely progression of materials through the approval cycle. - Carry out best practices and streamline document management processes for higher efficiency. - Proofread using checklists and proofreader marks guide, checking for spelling, punctuation, grammar, consistency, regulatory requirements, and client style and branding guidelines - Perform quality-control checks at indicated rounds, making sure all changes were made, all queries were addressed, job contents and components are accurate, etc. - Work under pressure and recognize the criticality of meeting stringent deadlines - Keep abreast of and record changes to company and client style and branding guidelines, legal requirements, and specifications and format Qualifications: Th - Experience: 6-8 years handling print and digital assets related to the pharma and healthcare industry - Experience interacting and collaborating with team of proofreaders and other agency departments to review job procedures and communicate client style and branding updates. - Experience ensuring adherence to agency deadlines and communicate status when needed - Experience maintaining, refining and continuously improving proofreader documentation and workflow processes - Clear and active communicator (verbal and written) - Good verbal and written communication skills - Must have a portfolio and can talk through prior experience with finalized assets and wireframes as visual aids - Proofreading test prior to interview is mandatory
