Position : Marketing Executive (Female) Qualification : Minimum 10+2 Experience : 1-2 Years Knowledge : Industrial Telecalling Job Location : Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) Job Profile : Telecalling Additional : Computer Handy, Good Communication Salary: 10K Fixed + 5K Target (5 Orders)Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Make outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s products and services. Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, database management, and follow-ups. Collect and update customer information in the CRM or lead management system. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients for future business opportunities. 2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Provide complete information about products, services, pricing, and offers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase client retention. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure excellent after-sales support. 3. Sales & Revenue Generation Convert potential leads into successful sales or appointments for the sales team. Explain the benefits and features of products/services persuasively. Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. Upsell and cross-sell products where possible to maximize revenue. 4. Marketing & Brand Promotion Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image. Participate in marketing campaigns, telemarketing drives, and promotional events. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team to improve strategies. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop new telecalling scripts and campaigns. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Update the CRM system regularly with accurate customer and lead data. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on telecalling performance and lead conversion rates. Share feedback with the team regarding customer responses and market trends. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Communication Skills Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages. Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively. Strong listening skills to understand customer needs. 2. Sales & Marketing Skills Good understanding of sales techniques and telecalling strategies. Confidence in presenting products/services over the phone. Ability to handle objections and convert rejections into opportunities. 3. Technical Skills Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Comfortable working with lead databases and telecalling software. 4. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
