financial products and services needed by our Customers Kotak DigiBank team is responsible for enhancement of customer experience by offering seamless digital journey combined with best-in-class financial products and services in order to create value for Customers and accelerate growth for the Bank The DigiBank team comprises category product campaign managers data platform and analytics teams The team is being built ground-up and provides great opportunities to build systems and processes from scratch and build one of the best-in-class analytical and business platform The primary skills this team include advanced SQL scripting automation deep-diving into the data and presenting actionable insights This role primarily includes but not limited to measuring performance of our Customer acquisition activities and growth campaigns The org size is expected to be around 40 member team based out of Mumbai Bangalore and Gurgaon comprising of 6 sub teams independently driving their charter As a member of this team you get opportunity to learn fintech space which is most sought-after domain in current world be an early member in digital transformation journey of Kotak learn and leverage technology to build complex analytical solutions in an automated way and be futuristic to build systems that are robust and scalable Open Roles Scope of Senior Manager DigiBank MIS Reporting Collect analyse and interpret large data sets from various sources Develop and maintain tables data marts and data visualizations in an automated manner Create reports dashboards and other visualizations to present findings to stakeholders Deep dive with data to perform root cause analysis and perform data quality checks Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytical solutions Build knowledge of latest tools and technologies to help deliver flexible and scalable solutions BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field 3-5 years of experience in MIS Data Analyst Business Product Analyst role Strong advanced SQL skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in at least one modern scripting such as Python SAS Scala etc PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in digital marketing fintech organisations Experience in automation by using scripting languages like python SAS etc Develop and implement data-driven solutions to solve business problems Scope of AVP DigiBank Analytics and Reporting This role includes both analytical activities and stakeholder project management Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and design solutions that are scalable and exceed expectations Build detailed understanding of bank s processes and how they map to data Work with a variety of data sources and large datasets extract data using efficient query development and provide holistic and consistent view of data Turn data into actionable business insights to improve business processes and work with partner teams to resolve issues Actively drive automation and scaling of data processes and create self-service dashboards Build knowledge of latest tools and technologies to help deliver flexible and scalable solutions Partner with data engineering teams to adapt data infrastructure into requirements Actively manage timeline and deliverables of projects anticipate risks and resolve issues BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in computer science analytics or related field 5-7 years of Analytics experience preferably in product-based fintech firms Should be able to independently lead analytics for a business unit POD Experience in writing complex SQL queries Excellent data visualization skills in tools like Power BI Tableau etc Strong communication skills and should be able to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in developing new metrics and presenting actional insights Experience in digital marketing fintech organisations Comfortable in managing small teams and mentoring juniors Experience in using SQL and scripting languages to process data for reporting and automation Experience in data modeling warehousing and building data pipelines Conduct A B testing and statistical analysis to measure new campaigns and feature performance If you have
