b Positions 1 Location Summary Objective At Gaiagen we manufacture products that are biological alternatives to chemicals in the field of pest management We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative to help us expand our clientele The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients Required Qualification Graduates MBAs with Specialization in Business Management Marketing Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of AgroChemical Agricultural Product Sales Good communication skills in English and Hindi Local Language will be an additional advantage Skills and Attributes Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills Develop markets in the zone territory allocated Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Assess potential distributors dealers in the location Researching planning and implementing new target market initiatives Appoint create manage network of distributors dealers Lead generation researching prospective accounts in target markets Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle Product demonstration training to distributors dealers farmers Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients Complaint handling on behalf of distributors dealers farmers Build relationship with key stakeholders to expand market potential Attending conferences and industry events Position Details Division Marketing Department Location Bangalore Benefits Annual CTC 5 - 6 Lacs per annum For any queries email to email protected
