HiGreetings of the Day We have a critical opening with our client for closing and reporing exe role for Mumbai location Experience 3 to 5 yrsLocation Sakinaka MumbaiMode of Employment PermJob descriptionPOSITION SUMMARY The Executive is responsible for performing activities related to Period end closing reporting and Statutory accounting and overseeing transactions performed by Associates which services a number of advertising agencies ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in period end close and IPG required reports Review and reconcile accounts Review and Prepare Closing checklist Prepare Lead sheets summary of GL balance mapped to Hyperion balance Prepare and maintain monthly closing binder Ensure compliance with local statutory guidelines SOX and GAAP Facilitate site visits and internal external audits Prepare audit templates Resolve external audit issues Resolve Agency Local Finance queries within defined timelines Assist client and external audit process when necessary EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Qualification Graduation 3 5 years of work experience in a similar role Experience in the Advertising industry preferred Chartered Accountant or similar accounting qualification certification Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to period-end closing reporting and Statutory reporting Ability to provide a high level of customer service for closing reporting activities Strong written and oral communications skills in English Strong problem solving liaising and organizational skills Experience with and competence in using integrated ERP software SAP would be a distinct advantage Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook Experience in Hyperion reporting and Blackline or similar Account reconciliation system would be a distinct advantage A distinct advantage Experience working in a Shared Services Centre focused on Finance Accounting activities Experience in document imaging software like SharePoint About CIEL HR Payroll Company Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry powered by technology and analytics The Founders of Ma Foi the pioneer of the HR services sector in India along with some of the finest brains in the HR Services Industry have envisioned and built the firm CielHR to deliver the full range of Recruiting services from Executive Search Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Staffing Permanent as well as Temporary roles through its offices in India and the Middle East Website Role really excits you kindly share resume to Sonali s cielhr com RegardsSonali
