Summary Manage the design deployment and delivery of projects of medium complexity determined by budget timeline and stakeholder providing IT solutions that meet business requirements Direct project teams including external partners and maintain control of progress quality and budget to meet the desired business objectives Set up and run all project-related meetings and maintain the record of actions decisions issues and risks acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related escalations Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release Manage a diverse set of senior stakeholders in the organization by effectively displaying excellence in soft skills Execute innovative impactful cost-effective and measurable programs tightly aligned to business objectives Roles and Responsibilities Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations Monitor and control project execution establish project governance manage risks and issues Ensure effective use of resources and project management methods tools and practices Deliver projects on time and within budget to meet the desired business objectives Alternatively may support the provision of services that contribute to managing the enterprise IT project portfolio including the development and implementation of project management standards and training portfolio reporting and analytics project management resourcing services etc Provide transparent and accurate project reporting including overall performance of the project and project documentation completion Own project status issues and risks through appropriate channels tools ensuring they are reported back to agreed project governance e g Steering Committee with a focus on required actions ownership and risk management Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Project Management service scope Collaborate effectively with other teams DDIT Functions and Domains in the organization as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project Expertise in supporting the Head of Business Operations in creating the strategic plan and then driving the same towards implementation Essential Requirements Certification in PMP Agile Scrum or PRINCE 2 is preferred Prior experience in delivering GxP solutions within GDD Clinical IT landscape Knowledge of clinical development operations systems processes and tools is desirable Ability to work and collaborate in matrixed teams to deliver projects with interdependencies like integration components Experience using various project management methodologies including Agile Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Capability to help the Program lead portfolio lead structure plan estimate deliver deploy and operate the project as required 15 years of experience in Project Management Ideally this would include experience in regulated environments because of the high impact of quality and controls in the pharmaceutical industry This could include non-Life Sciences work Education Qualifications University degree in Informatics Computer Sciences business or similar OR relevant experience Commitment to Diversity Inclusion We are committed to building an outstanding inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve Skills Desired Agile Methodology Change Management Decision Making Skills pmpxc2xae certified Project Finance Project Management Project Risk Management Project Team Management Stakeholder Engagement Waterfall Model
