Our Company Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe s all about We give everyone from emerging artists to global brands everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences We re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images videos and apps and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen We re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization and we know the next big idea could be yours The Omnichannel Engineering Team builds and manages the core platform that powers seamless customer-support interactions across all communication channels including chat phone email and social The team ensures reliability scalability and intelligent routing of conversations while integrating advanced analytics and AI to enhance both customer and agent experiences They serve as the backbone of the organization s global call center operations enabling consistent connected and efficient support journeys What you ll do Develop components and services for Omnichannel Platform Develop high-performance reliable testable well documented and maintainable code Develop test and deploy your own code Work well both independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving development team with clear positive and constructive communication Grow with the support of your team and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you Engage with customers to identify problems test ideas and refine workflows Work cross functionally with teams across Adobe in different geographies What you need to succeed 7-10 years of experience with full stack software development using Front End technologies like React JS Redux TypeScript JavaScript React Spectrum Backend like Node JS Rest API Databases dynamo DB Mongo DB DevOps AWS Kubernetes Docker etc Hands-on experience in designing developing complex large scale microservices and RESTful APIs for real time responsive applications Knowledge of Reactive programming Akka Play Spring Web Flux web socket programming Solid foundation in software engineering process and standard methodologies unit testing build automation CI CD Jenkins GitHub Excellent communication problem solving relationship building skills and a strong teammate Ability to contribute anywhere in the stack and wear different hats Ability to develop robust efficient high-quality code Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques Education Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science MIS or similar area of study and 7 or more years previous experience in similar profile domain Adobe is proud to be an employer We do not discriminate based on gender race or color ethnicity or national origin age disability religion sexual orientation gender identity or expression veteran status or any other applicable characteristics protected by law Adobe aims to make Adobe com accessible to any and all users If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation to navigate our website or complete the application process email or call 408 536-3015
