The Opportunity
At Adobe, we’re reimagining how enterprises harness the power of data and AI to create next-generation digital experiences. As a Computer Scientist - II, you’ll play a pivotal role in building enterprise-grade AI-first systems, shaping technical strategy, and mentoring top talent. You’ll join a team of curious, collaborative engineers who push boundaries to bring the latest AI innovation into Adobe products used by millions worldwide.

Architect and build AI-driven Agents that redefine how enterprises interact with their data and workflows.
Design and deliver highly scalable, resilient systems that power enterprise intelligence solutions.
Experiment with and integrate the latest in Agentic AI and machine learning innovations, driving meaningful improvements to customer outcomes.
Partner across product, research, and design teams to define technical strategies and ship high-impact features.
Champion operational excellence, setting engineering best practices for reliability, security, and performance.
Lead and coach engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
Continuously optimize development and deployment processes, ensuring seamless delivery at scale. What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems or cloud-native platforms.
Strong expertise in AI/ML concepts, with practical knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks.
Track record of solving complex engineering challenges with innovative and elegant solutions.
Skilled at leading through influence, with sharp communication and collaboration abilities.
A growth mindset, with a passion for mentoring and enabling others to excel.
Driven to push the boundaries of what’s possible in enterprise AI. What Sets You Apart

Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or developer communities.
