Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Lead Next.js / React Developer who is passionate about building elegant, high-performance, and scalable front-end applications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architectural decisions, and lead a team of developers while remaining a strong individual contributor. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Must :Applicants must possess between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience . - Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and UI/UX best practices. - Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently into front-end applications. - Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reusability. - Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment processes. - Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making within the team. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development. Required & Mandatory Skills - React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript development expertise. - Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive UI/UX design principles. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs and GraphQL. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of performance optimization and reusable component architecture. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.). - Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.). - Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team leadership experience. - Experience to Lead the team and guiding them to follow the best practices, design patterns and design principles.
