The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architectural decisions, and lead a team of developers while remaining a strong individual contributor.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.Must :Applicants must possess between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience .Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and UI/UX best practices.Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently into front-end applications.Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reusability.Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment processes.Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making within the team.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.Required & Mandatory SkillsReact.js, Next.js, and TypeScript development expertise.Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive UI/UX design principles.Hands-on experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of performance optimization and reusable component architecture.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.).Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team leadership experience.Experience to Lead the team and guiding them to follow the best practices, design patterns and design principles.Why Join GFMNOW?This is more than a coding role and its a chance to shape product experiences, mentor a growing team, and contribute to a culture that blends technical brilliance with human-centered design.Work with a team of passionate innovators.Opportunity to build cutting-edge products for global clients.Collaborative work environment with growth-focused mentorship.Competitive salary and performance-based rewards.Please send your updated resume to hr@gfmnow.in or manjula.p@gfmnow.in
