The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful execution of functional assays and general lab operations, ensuring high-quality data generation and adherence to project timelines. Key Responsibilities - Perform functional assays including ELISAs and cell-based assays. - Ensure accurate documentation in Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN), including data generation, analysis, and compilation. - Maintain high standards in assay execution with minimal failures. - Proactively manage timelines to meet project milestones. - Conduct routine cell maintenance and culture work. - Track reagent usage and coordinate timely ordering to avoid disruptions. - Support general lab activities and maintain a clean, organized work environment. - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth lab functioning. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work efficiently under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced environment.
