Chat Specialist

Role & responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound queries and make outbound calls to U.S. customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information on auto parts, pricing, availability, and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and recommending relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, inventory, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Effectively handle objections and close sales, while maintaining compliance with company standards.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong alignment with our P.A.R.T.S. values (Proactive, Ambitious, Responsible, Team Player, and Sincere)
- Excellent command of the English language, with an American communication accent.
- Basic knowledge of cars and auto parts is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.
- Must be ready to work in night shifts.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
