Job Title Senior Accountant CA Inter Articleship Completed - Male Candidates Only Location Kollam Kerala Department Accounts Finance Employment Type Full-time Experience Level Senior 2-5 years Salary Range 35 000 - 50 000 per month About the Role We are looking for a CA Inter passed male candidate or someone who has completed CA Articleship with advanced expertise in Tally ERP to join our Accounts Finance team as a Senior Accountant The role requires managing end-to-end accounting operations ensuring statutory compliance and supporting financial decision-making The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge analytical skills and leadership abilities to guide junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional departments Key Responsibilities Accounting Financial Operations Handle daily accounting functions including journal entries ledgers and reconciliations Maintain accurate and updated financial records in Tally ERP Manage accounts payable receivable and cash flow operations Prepare financial statements MIS and management review reports Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards Prepare and file GST TDS and other statutory returns Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for internal external audits Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules Team Collaboration Support Mentor and guide junior accountants Work with cross-departmental teams for financial reporting Provide financial insights and respond to management queries Contribute to process improvements and automation Additional Responsibilities Manage vendor payments and reconciliations Support inventory valuation and cost accounting Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements Required Qualifications Skills Education Technical Skills CA Inter qualification OR Completed CA Articleship Mandatory Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP Strong knowledge of accounting principles GST TDS and tax regulations Good command of MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Familiarity with banking operations and reconciliations Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail with high accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Leadership qualities and team-oriented mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
