Swipe Speed Program :

- Swipe is a simple invoicing and payments app trusted by 15L+ SMEs in India which is backed by Y Combinator and top-tier VCs and Angel Investors from Silicon Valley and India. We make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. With Swipe, businesses can send a WhatsApp message with a link that allows their customers to pay instantly with various payment methods.

- The Swipe Speed Program is an initiative to provide freshers with hands-on, practical learning opportunities in today's competitive world. While classroom learning forms a foundation, this program emphasizes out-of-classroom experiences to equip individuals with essential skills for professional growth.

- Swipe will closely train you in practical aspects of objection handling, communication, negotiation, pitching, and presentation. Based on their performance, they will be offered full-time positions.

Who Can Apply?

We're looking for students with:

- Hunger, proactive, and hustle-driven attitude.

- Languages Known: Proficiency in one additional regional language apart from English is

compulsory

Program Structure

The program is structured to ensure you gain both knowledge and real-world experience:

1. Weeks 1

- Sessions with Swipe founders and managers to build a strong foundation.

- Hands-on learning in negotiation, objection handling, and problem-solving.

2. Weeks 2 & 3

- Start applying your learning by helping customers solve their challenges.

- 1:1 mentoring sessions to refine your skills and tackle real-world scenarios.

3. Weeks 4

- Take ownership of tasks, assist customers, and deepen your understanding of the Swipe product.

At the end of the program, the top performers will receive a full-time opportunity to join Swipe as an Inside Sales Associate.

Inside Sales Associate Role Overview

As part of the team, selected candidates will:

- Assist customers in using Swipe's invoicing and payment platform effectively.

- Call customers, understand their needs, and bring them to demos

- Educate customers about Swipe's features and benefits, encouraging adoption.

- Execute sales strategies to onboard new customers and achieve targets.

Program Benefits

- CTC for full-time roles: - 4LPA - 5 LPA

-30,000- 35,000 fixed salary per month.

- 75,000 yearly incentives.

- 25,000 health insurance. ( Claim up to - 5L )

- Knowledge Period: 45 days

- Stipend: - 15,000

- Relocation Reimbursement: upto - 3000 - 5000
