You'll directly impact the business by leading the development and execution of product strategies for a significant product area, driving innovation and growth. You'll mentor and guide a team of Product Managers, fostering their growth and development. Your ability to influence stakeholders and drive team alignment will be essential to our success.
Your day-to-day:
- Lead product strategy:Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant product area.
- Manage a product portfolio:Oversee a portfolio of products or features, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Drive innovation:Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, conducting market research and user analysis to validate ideas.
- Lead and mentor:Guide and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing direction and support.
- Influence stakeholders:Effectively communicate and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.
- Drive product adoption:Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.
What you need to bring:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels.
