Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Pune. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and achieving their financial goals. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, recommending suitable financial products, monitoring portfolios, and providing regular updates and reports. The role also involves evaluating investment opportunities, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications - Strong understanding of financial products, including Alternate Investment Funds (AIF), PMS, insurance, tax planning, and investment planning - Experience in client relationship management and ability to build trust-based, long-term client partnerships - Analytical skills for evaluating investment opportunities and providing customized financial strategies - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and demonstrate a client-first approach - Proficiency in financial software and tools; knowledge of market trends and regulations - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, economics, or a related field - Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar are advantageous
