Job Description

- Develop visual design for marketing & product communication, organisation-wide communications, web and social media
- Estimate SOW/ effort for the project and accordingly communicate timeline to stakeholder.
- Initiate discussions to communicate directly with stakeholders to understand the creative brief or to discuss about the project.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Review and analyse performance data for creative projects to evaluate efficacy and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain awareness of current industry trends, technologies, and design tools.
- Ensure highest quality standards in deliverables while respecting deadlines.
- Provide guidance and support to team members seeking help.
- Strong conceptual skills with a capacity to execute on innovative ideas.

Education

Master of Business Administration in Marketing

Work Experience

- Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual arts or other related field - Multimedia/ Animation/ Graphic Design. Preferred - a qualification from a design institute.
- 4-5 years of relevant design experience in similar role.
- Proven experience with graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio of work. A well-crafted and curated online portfolio.
- Proven expertise in graphic design software ie Adobe Creative Suite
- Prior experience in marketing or advertising is a plus.
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Experience working with a global company preferred
- Proficiency in graphic design software - particularly in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.
- Knowledge/ experience in motion graphics tools i.e. AE/ Animate or UI Design tools such as XD, Figma or are a plus.
- Proficient understanding of visual aesthetics and design principles.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, grid, and composition. Demonstrable conceptual thinking and design ability.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
