Job Summary The Sourcing Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sourcing team generating quality site visit leads building channel partner networks and ensuring consistent lead flow for real estate projects The role requires strong leadership strategic planning and hands-on experience in real estate sourcing Key Roles Responsibilities Lead manage and motivate the sourcing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Develop and implement sourcing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners brokers and referral networks Ensure quality lead generation and conversion through effective sourcing channels Monitor team performance conduct regular reviews and provide training and guidance Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align sourcing efforts Track daily activities site visits closures and MIS reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations Identify new sourcing opportunities and market trends Required Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team-handling skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of real estate sourcing processes Experience in channel partner management Target-driven and result-oriented approach Proficient in CRM systems and MIS reporting Qualifications Experience Graduate MBA preferred Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate sourcing Proven experience as Sourcing Manager Sourcing Head in real estate Strong local market knowledge Job Type Full-time Pay 75 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
