Job Description

- Business Process Analysis and Design:

Understanding and documenting the client's business processes related to oil and gas operations, including exploration, production, transportation, refining, marketing, and distribution.

- SAP Solution Configuration:

Configuring and customizing SAP modules like IS-Oil & Gas, Traders and Schedulers Workbench (TSW), Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM), and others, to meet specific business needs.

- System Integration:

Integrating SAP IS-Oil with other SAP and non-SAP systems, such as logistics, finance, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Project Management:

Participating in the full project lifecycle, from blueprinting and design to implementation, testing, and go-live support.

- Training and Support:

Providing training to end-users on SAP IS-Oil functionalities and offering ongoing support to ensure smooth system operation.

- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Identifying and resolving issues related to the SAP IS-Oil system, collaborating with technical teams as needed.

- Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of the latest SAP IS-Oil developments, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.

- Industry Knowledge:

Possessing a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including its unique business processes, regulations, and challenges.

- TSW Expertise:

A strong understanding of SAP's Traders and Schedulers Workbench (TSW) module, including its functionalities for nomination, scheduling, ticketing, and inventory management.

- Downstream Expertise:

Deep knowledge of downstream oil and gas processes like refining, marketing, and distribution.
