Role: Talent Acquisition Associate

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential hires, playing a crucial role in attracting top talent to Biz2Credit. You will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring for Sales, Collections, and Customer Service roles within the Financial, Banking, and Retail domains.

You will assess candidate pools, conduct initial screenings, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience while maintaining hiring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles.
- Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication.
- Conduct 30-40 phone screenings daily, assessing candidates against predefined competencies.
- Deliver a compelling employer brand pitch to engage potential hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1+ year of recruitment experience in the staffing industry, preferably hiring for US Sales, Collections, and Customer Service roles.
- Experience in high-volume hiring for Financial, Banking, or Retail sectors.
- Experience in Hiring for BPO/KPO is preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
