In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, on-boarding formalities, maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, supporting performance review processes, data entry and helping with employee engagement activities. Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing - Oversee the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to onboarding. - Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs. - Conduct interviews and manage final selection processes. - Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement - Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve grievances effectively. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations. - Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends. 3. Performance Management - Monitor the appraisal process and ensure timely reviews. - Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and evaluating employee performance. - Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. 4. HR Policies & Compliance - Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws. - Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). - Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately. 5. Payroll & Attendance Management - Supervise attendance, leave management, and payroll processing. - Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory deductions. 6. Strategic HR Initiatives - Support organizational growth through workforce planning and retention strategies. - Assist in culture building and implementing HR best practices. - Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports. 7. Leadership & Team Support - Mentor and guide junior HR team members. - Collaborate with management for policy-level HR decisions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent. Required Skills - Good typing speed and computer proficiency, including MS Office and basic Excel skills - Familiarity with attendance management software or willingness to learn - Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making - Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization - Experience: 3-4yrs experience in HR or related fields is acceptable - Salary: Upto ₹6 LPA Location: HTC-2, Near Samrat Vidhalay, Parvatpatiya, Surat 395010
