This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 8 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives and transform business insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics, cloud platforms, and data visualization, combined with strong leadership skills to drive an analytics-driven culture across the organization. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Lead the analytics function, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end data solutions. - Drive business strategy using insights derived from large-scale data analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting tools. - Manage and optimize cloud-based analytics infrastructure on platforms such as Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. - Architect and implement data pipelines, databases, and ETL processes using SQL, MongoDB, and other relevant technologies. - Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using MetaBase, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight to support business decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify analytics needs and deliver actionable insights. - Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and analytics processes across the organization. - Mentor and guide a team of data analysts, data engineers, and BI specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Evaluate and implement new analytics tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. - Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS for analytics and data storage solutions. - Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and predictive modeling. - Extensive experience in relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and MongoDB. - Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as MetaBase, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight. - Deep understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and deriving actionable business insights. - Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
