What You’ll Do (Your Business Responsibilities) As a HERA Growth Partner , you are building your own ERP consulting business. Your work includes: Customer Acquisition Meet SMB owners in your area Run product demos (training provided) Close SMB deals for HERA’s ERP platform Relationship Building Build trust with salons, retailers, manufacturers, and hospitality businesses Maintain long-term customer relationships (your recurring revenue depends on this) Business Consulting Understand business operations Recommend the right HERA modules Help SMBs digitize inventory, sales, production, accounting, and workforce Growth Expansion Build density in your area Leverage referrals Eventually recruit junior partners once you hit traction How You Earn (No Salary — Business Earnings Only) You earn commissions + recurring income + consulting potential : ✔️ Sign-Up Bonus: ₹5,000–15,000 per new customer ✔️ Go-Live Bonus: ₹10,000 on activation ✔️ Monthly Recurring Income: 10% of customer subscription Example: Customer pays ₹3,000/month → You earn ₹300 every month. ✔️ Consulting Retainers: ₹5,000–₹20,000/month ✔️ Referral & Density Bonuses: Extra earnings as you grow your base and help expand in your territory Expected realistic earnings (not guaranteed): Months 3–6: ₹30k–80k/month Months 6–12: ₹60k–1.5L/month Year 2: ₹2–5L/month with team expansion This is a business — income grows with your customers, consistency, and market focus.
