Key Responsibilities/: In order to find and assign all pertinent HCC codes, you will carefully examine clinical documentation and independently oversee the entire coding process for a portfolio of patient records. By carefully reviewing charts and keeping abreast of the most recent coding requirements /(such as ICD/-10/-CM/), you will be the only one responsible for your coding accuracy.
