In order to find and correctly abstract all pertinent chronic diseases and assign the proper ICD/-10/-CM codes that correspond to an HCC, a thorough, high/-volume review of clinical evidence must be conducted. Your responsibilities will include engaging in quality assurance audits, verifying adherence to official coding norms and payer/-specific regulations, and teaching clinicians on documentation improvement /(CDI/). Maximising proper risk adjustment will require your keen attention to detail, dedication to compliance, and extensive clinical coding knowledge.
