Job Description: Associate/Senior Associate-Academic Operations

Role-Academic Operations

Experience-1-2 years

Location- Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update operations sheets and related documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with faculty members to schedule and manage classes, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Serve as the liaison between departments to facilitate smooth inter-departmental collaboration and problem-solving.
- Monitor and track operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Assist in planning and executing department meetings and follow-ups to ensure aligned strategies and actions.
- Support in managing calendars, preparing reports, and organizing documents for leadership review.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business administration, operations, or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across different teams.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in an educational or e-learning organization.
- Basic data analysis skills.
