Blended Process - US Insurance Claim Verification Location Shillong Shift Timing Evening Night Shift Transportation Provided during odd hours up to 30 km radius For Applying for this role please fill this google form https forms gle XkRcUxPtQXnGVyjA7 Role Overview We are seeking experienced professionals to join our US Insurance Claim Verification team This is a blended process role involving both voice and non-voice tasks supporting US-based insurance operations The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an international voice process preferably in US-based operations with strong communication and analytical skills Key Responsibilities Handle outbound calls chats for insurance claim verification with US clients Review validate and update claim-related information in internal systems Ensure all verification procedures adhere to US insurance compliance standards Communicate with clients professionally to gather or clarify claim details Perform data entry and documentation tasks accurately for non-voice requirements Follow process guidelines and SLA timelines to meet quality and productivity targets Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution and escalation handling Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process preferably US process Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines Willingness to work evening and night shifts from Shillong office premises Familiarity with US insurance claim procedures will be an added advantage Ability to handle blended process work voice non-voice Benefits Transportation facility provided during odd hours up to 30 km Competitive salary based on experience and skills Opportunity to work with a leading technology services company in a growing US insurance domain Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
