We look forward to meeting you and exploring the opportunity to work together Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement organization-wide operational strategies to support business growth across software testing, automation, and GenAI service lines. - Lead and manage department heads, team leads, and project managers to ensure high-quality execution, operational excellence, and strong cross-team collaboration. - Drive company-wide process improvement initiatives, introducing scalable SOPs, governance practices, and operational frameworks. - Oversee the operational health of delivery teams, ensuring project predictability, on-time execution, and adherence to quality benchmarks. - Partner with leadership to plan annual/quarterly operational goals, business expansion strategies, and resource forecasting. - Build and maintain executive-level dashboards covering productivity, delivery KPIs, resource utilization, billing cycles, and financial health. - Review project portfolios, identify risks or bottlenecks, and ensure structured follow-ups and timely issue resolution. - Manage organization-wide workforce planning, role structuring, capacity planning, and performance monitoring. - Enhance revenue operations by streamlining lead flow processes, improving salesoperations alignment, and supporting sales pipeline visibility. - Optimize internal workflows using Google Suite, Slack, and AI-driven automation tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency. - Implement operational controls to ensure compliance with client standards, data security requirements, and delivery documentation protocols. - Drive cost optimization activities by improving utilization, reducing operational overhead, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. - Conduct regular reviews with leadership to present insights, performance summaries, improvement recommendations, and long-term operational plans. - Lead internal audits, process health checks, and readiness assessments for enterprise clients, especially within QA/testing and AI projects. - Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across all operational teams. - Act as a senior escalation point for delivery, operational challenges, client concerns, and cross-department conflicts. - Strengthen internal communication practices, ensuring transparency, timely reporting, and alignment across all teams. - Represent the organization professionally on LinkedIn using your personal profile to support brand visibility, culture-building, and leadership communication. - Ensure the organization maintains high operational maturity as it scales, introducing systems and practices that support long-term sustainability. - Establish and oversee PMO governance, ensuring standardized project management frameworks, templates, and delivery methodologies Qualifications: - 10 15 years of proven experience in Operations Management within IT, software development, QA/testing, or AI/GenAI organizations. - Experience leading team leads, project managers, and cross-functional operational units. - Strong background in operational planning, business forecasting, resource governance, and financial/operational reporting. - Deep understanding of delivery models in QA/testing, automation, or AI solution development. - Expertise with organizational scaling, process maturity frameworks, and operational transformation. - Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Slack, dashboards, operational analytics, and workflow tools. - Ability to drive clarity, structure, and predictable performance in a fast-paced growth environment.
