The Salesforce CPQ Developer will work as part of the Enterprise Applications team to implement and support the Salesforce CPQ implementation for Logitech B2B business group This position will be located in Chennai India Your Contribution Move fast Speak up Decide and own Drive change Exceed customer needs These are some of the winning behaviors youll need for success at Logitech In this role you will Be a part of Sales cloud team and work with the IT and Business Groups to analyze and review business functional and technical requirements issues design solutions plan and execute CPQ solutions and any further enhancements to the systemParticipate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers architects system analysts business analysts project managers quality control and across other technology team boundaries reporting project status as requiredProvide Tier 1 2 and 3 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the systemPrimarily develop and implement CPQ solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components LWC or Aura components Configure and customize CPQ functionalities to match specific business requirements Integrate CPQ with other Salesforce applications and external systems Maintain and troubleshoot existing CPQ configurationsSupport existing integrations between Salesforce and other boundary systems using Salesforce 3rd party APIs develop new interfaces as neededDocument and develop code according to specifications and standardsKey Qualifications For consideration you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team At least 5 years experience working in the IT industryMinimum of 3 years of Sales cloud experience particularly Salesforce CPQ with hands-on experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ Implementation Strong expertise developing custom applications on the Salesforce Force com platform using Apex Visualforce and Lightning LWC in particular Integration experience with Oracle ERP is a plus Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ development and administration Deep understanding of CPQ architecture data models and configuration options Knowledge of CPQ best practices and industry standards Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration Flows custom objects reports assignment rules and more Salesforce Certified CPQ SpecialistKnowledge of APEX triggers SOQL queries and stored proceduresExperience with Salesforce com Web Services APIsCollaborate with Sales Operations product teams and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications Clearly document technical solutions and design decisions Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the development team Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTTP JavaScript AJAX HTML DHTML CSS and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming conceptsExperience with version control systems e g Git and development best practices Knowledge on integrated technologies Jira Marketing Automation Cloud Solutions is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignmentsMust be a self-starter with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagementMust be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team membersExcellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong customer service mentalityIn addition preferable skills and behaviors include Salesforce com Developer certifications Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is a plusSalesforce Javascript DeveloperWork experience using standard HTML CSS practicesEducation Bachelors degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalentLogitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products making a mark and having fun doing it As a company were small and flexible enough for every person to take initiative and make things happen But were big enough in our portfolio and reach for those actions to have a global impact Thats a pretty sweet spot to be in and were always striving to keep it that way All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race Age sex color religion sexual orientation gender identity national origin protected veteran status or on the basis of disability If you require an accommodation to complete any part of the application process or are limited in the ability or unable to access or use this online application process and need an alternative method for applying you may contact us at 1 510 713- 4866 for assistance Logitech
