Company Overview Join us on our mission to elevate customer experiences for people around the world As a member of the Everise family you will be part of a global experience company that believes in being people-first celebrating diversity and incubating innovation Our dedication to our purpose and people is being recognized by our employees and the industry Our 4 6 5 rating on Glassdoor and our shiny growing wall of Best Place to Work awards is a testament to our investment in our culture Through the power of diversity we celebrate all cultures for their uniqueness and strengths With 13 centers around the world and a robust work at home program we believe great things happen when we work with people who think differently from us Find a job you ll love today Principle Accountabilities Key Result Areas Ensure all members of the legal teamwork efficiently Ensure the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies Provide legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts regulatory compliance litigation employment law and corporate governance to mitigate risks Overseeing the over-all operations of the PH Legal Department Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company s compliance with applicable laws Drafting negotiating and vetting contracts legal documents and agreements Collaborate with legal counsels and business units to monitor enforcement of standards and regulation Review reports and legal documents to management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate Monitor and work with external legal counsel when required POC Lead on data privacy related matters impacting the Everise group Oversee and provide guidance on applicable data privacy laws and company policies related to data privacy enforcement within the Everise group Attributes Attitude Strong communication drafting skills including the ability to draft high-quality agreements documentation Extremely detail-oriented have good judgment sound risk mitigation skills Strong negotiations skills Ability to adjust to multiple demands shifting priorities Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge Qualification Bachelor of Law Degree Must be a licensed attorney to practice law Experience 10-12 years of experience If you ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen we look forward to hearing from you
