Job Profile The Airline Ticketing Executive is responsible for managing ticket sales & reservations for both domestic & international travel. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate booking information, and handling any travel-related queries or issues. Work closely with airlines, Operations & Sales Team and customers to ensure a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities - The job involves managing and processing flight bookings for both domestic and international destinations. - The role involves addressing ticketing inquiries, assisting customers in selecting suitable flight options, and handling cancellations, changes, and refunds in accordance with airline policies. - Process payments for bookings and ensure transactions are secure and compliant with company policies. - Liaise with airlines to confirm reservations, obtain flight schedules, and manage seat allocations Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures.
