Job Profile The Airline Ticketing Executive is responsible for managing ticket sales & reservations for both domestic & international travel. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate booking information, and handling any travel-related queries or issues. Work closely with airlines, Operations & Sales Team and customers to ensure a seamless travel experience.ResponsibilitiesThe job involves managing and processing flight bookings for both domestic and international destinations.The role involves addressing ticketing inquiries, assisting customers in selecting suitable flight options, and handling cancellations, changes, and refunds in accordance with airline policies.Process payments for bookings and ensure transactions are secure and compliant with company policies.Liaise with airlines to confirm reservations, obtain flight schedules, and manage seat allocationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures.
