Job Description Marketing Intern Duration: 1 month to 3 months (Flexible, based on schedule) About FSL : FUN Sports League (FSL) is an exciting and dynamic venture which organizes competitions across various sports. It focuses on creating memorable experiences and improving the way people learn. Internship Overview : We are seeking passionate and creative Marketing Interns to join our team. As a FSL intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and promoting our Classes across various platforms. Responsibilities : - Content Creation: Develop engaging and shareable content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create visually appealing graphics, and short reels to promote our Classes. - School Management: Monitor and manage our communications with schools, responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Schedule and publish posts in alignment with the content calendar to maintain a consistent and active online presence. - Community Engagement: Foster positive interactions with our audience by actively participating in conversations, polls, and contests. Identify and connect with influencers, fans, and potential sponsors to expand our online community. - Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on social media performance, audience insights, and engagement trends. Qualifications : Current enrollment in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Sports Management, Business Administration or a related field. Passion for sports and a good understanding of various social media platforms. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
