We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated marketing intern to join our growing marketing department. As a Marketing Intern, your role is to develop, expand and maintain our target audience while learning about various marketing operations. You will provide assistance in developing, maintaining and updating the marketing channels like company website, social media networks, monitoring website activities using analytics, etc.

**Duties &Responsibilities**:
Performing market analysis and research on competition

Preparing marketing strategy based on the research and creating marketing plan for each quarter

Assisting in managing social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers

Developing contents like blogs, newsletters,etc. to promote business

Measuring performance of marketing efforts across channels using analytics tools and assessing against goals

Preparing weekly/monthly marketing reports

Helping in organizing company’s marketing events and creating presentations

Preparing promotional materials and assisting with daily administrative duties

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives

**Skills & Competencies**:
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Content marketing system and automation tools like Mautic is a must

Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Cold calling skills will be an added advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of google workspace

Familiarity with major social media platforms ( LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Self-starter with ability to work independently

Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment

**Education and Experience Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Professional certifications like Digital Marketing or equivalent

Past internships in marketing will be an added advantage
