Activities to be performed.

- Provide day to day operational support for the NAC Management Service.

- Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of NAC setups and management.

- Integration of Networking devices with Enterprise Manager (Router, Switches, Access point etc)

- Troubleshooting of endpoints as per define ACL.

- Configuration of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise manager

- Onboarding of new networking devices into Enterprise manager

- Creating SOP’s & KB’s

- Troubleshooting Knowledge

- Performance Mgmt & Reporting

- ITIL & ITSM Knowledge

- Delivery agreed KPI’s and 100% compliance to endpoints.

- Firmware upgrade of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager

- Identify non-compliant system from Aruba NAC report.
