Activities to be performed.

  • Provide day to day operational support for the NAC Management Service.


  • Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of NAC setups and management.


  • Integration of Networking devices with Enterprise Manager (Router, Switches, Access point etc)


  • Troubleshooting of endpoints as per define ACL.


  • Configuration of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise manager


  • Onboarding of new networking devices into Enterprise manager


  • Creating SOP’s & KB’s


  • Troubleshooting Knowledge


  • Performance Mgmt & Reporting


  • ITIL & ITSM Knowledge


  • Delivery agreed KPI’s and 100% compliance to endpoints.


  • Firmware upgrade of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager


  • Identify non-compliant system from Aruba NAC report.
