Reporting to the Vice President People, this role will be central to strengthening our HR foundations and creating strategies that enhance engagement, development, and organisational success.
About The Role
The HRBP will be instrumental in delivering a best-in-class HR experience, from onboarding to performance management and development. This leader will optimise and scale HR practices to align with Nivodas ambitious growth trajectory, fostering an environment where employees thrive and contribute to the companys mission of doubling revenue annually.
This is an opportunity for an experienced, strategic HR professional who is equally comfortable in high-level planning and hands-on execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
What Youll Do
Build Scalable HR Programs and Processes
- Develop and implement people-centric programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure HR operations comply with regional regulations while maintaining the agility required in a high-growth organisation.
- Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to optimise HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Drive Employee Engagement and Retention
- Design and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Build frameworks for professional development, succession planning, and career progression to support Nivodas culture of continuous growth.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with Leadership
- Partner with leaders across departments to understand business needs and implement HR solutions that drive results.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the VP People and senior leadership, contributing to the development and execution of the overall people strategy.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, including workforce planning and employee performance metrics.
Lead with Excellence and Integrity
- Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations while maintaining ethical and inclusive practices.
- Monitor HR trends and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the organisation.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years in HR or related roles with demonstrated expertise in global HR practices.
- Proven experience in high-growth organisations, ideally in tech, marketplace, or customer-centric industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and analytics.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of implementing impactful HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Background in luxury, technology, or fast-paced global industries.
- Demonstrated success in scaling HR programs to align with organisational growth.
