Introduction We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage financial planning, analysis, equity risk management, credit risk compliance, and investment advisory. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Develop comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and investment returns. Conduct variance analysis and identify financial risks and opportunities. Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and financial recommendations. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives. 2. Portfolio & Investment Advisory Advise clients on equity, debt, mutual funds, and alternative investments. Manage multiple client portfolios, ensuring risk diversification and optimal returns. Conduct in-depth research on markets, industries, and investment opportunities. Recommend asset allocation strategies based on client goals and risk tolerance. 3. Equity & Credit Risk Management Assess and manage equity risk exposure through portfolio diversification and hedging strategies. Monitor credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies. Evaluate client credit profiles and assess risks related to lending or investment decisions. Implement tools and techniques to minimize market, credit, and liquidity risks. 4. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI, IRDA, and other regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper risk reporting and monitoring. 5. Client Advisory & Consulting Act as a trusted financial advisor by understanding client objectives and designing suitable investment strategies. Provide updates on market trends, portfolio performance, and risk assessments. Conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss performance and recommend adjustments. 6. Research & Market Intelligence Perform equity research to analyze companies, sectors, and global economic trends. Stay updated on capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory changes. Provide data-driven insights to support investment and risk strategies. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Expertise in financial modeling, equity valuation, and portfolio analytics. Strong understanding of equity and credit risk frameworks. Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Power BI, financial databases (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.). Knowledge of investment strategies, derivatives, and risk mitigation techniques. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong client communication and advisory abilities. High attention to detail with data-driven decision-making.
