Job Description Job Description The Strategic Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sits at the center of the fastest-growing and most technically demanding part of the cloud: building at scale for the world's leading AI innovators. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who thrives in complexity, moves with urgency, and brings people together to deliver outcomes that matter. Responsibilities In this role, you will: - Work to drive Rhythm of the Business activities - Drive organizational success - Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders. - Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution. - Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence. Candidate Profile: - 5+ years experience developing and implementing strategy, then executing against, large cross cutting programs. - You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically. - You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of cloud architecture. - You possess and exemplify maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills. - You can work well with senior leaders within all of Oracle (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives. - You work well in ambiguity, can work with your team to dive into a problem and create a solution. - Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations. - Familiarity and knowledge of AI workloads and Software stack. - Experience in a customer facing role in a tech company. Experience with AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) customers is a big plus. Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Career Level - IC3
