Job Responsibilities Skills 1 Technical Knowledge Maintain and update website content using HTML CSS or other programming languages Utilize graphic design tools to create product images banners and promotional graphics Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform or website Create accurate and engaging product listings highlighting features and benefits to attract customers Monitor inventory levels coordinate restocking and ensure product availability Work efficiently with e-commerce platforms and related software Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met 2 Customer Relationship Management Respond to customer inquiries provide product service information and resolve issues promptly Process online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers Manage returns and exchanges in a customer-friendly manner Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism ensuring customer satisfaction Coordinate with shipping partners to verify destinations and ensure timely deliveries 3 Digital Marketing Knowledge Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost customer engagement and increase sales 4 Vendor Business Relationship Management Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to orders payments or vendor coordination Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the e-commerce store s performance Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
