Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance engagement and loyalty.

Sales & Business Development

- Sell multiple financial products such as mutual funds, life and general insurance, home loans, personal loans, fixed deposits, and other investment options.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct financial needs analysis for clients and recommend suitable products.

Portfolio Management

- Manage a portfolio of existing clients ensuring high retention and increased wallet share.
- Provide regular portfolio reviews and financial planning advice.

Cross-Selling & Up-Selling

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Maintain updated product knowledge to present relevant solutions to clients.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation for all client transactions.
- Follow company and regulatory guidelines for sales and advisory services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial product sales (mutual funds, insurance, loans, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of multiple financial products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- AMFI/IRDA certification preferred (or willingness to acquire).
