Job Description Responsibilities - Support platform operations by handling incidents, service requests, and DevSecOps needs from sector teams. - Perform ETL tasks and ensure proper administration of the process mining platform. - Develop, test, implement, and maintain new and existing process mining models on the Celonis platform. - Extract and model data to support effective dashboarding and visualization of process flows. - Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to analyze the current (as-is) process and gather requirements. - Ensure compliance with change control processes when implementing modifications or enhancements. - Work in an Agile (SAFe Agile) environment, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups. - Regularly report progress, risks, and issues to technical leads. - Support the integration of new features and technical capabilities on the platform.
