- Handle all admission calls and be able to guide applicants to suitable programs
- Target Orientation – lead contact & follow-up, Admission closers.
- Conducting follow-up activities such as emails, writing, and phone-calling campaigns.
- Counseling Students and parents about the course
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention, and Productive Output
- Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis
- Clarifying the doubts of students and parents
- Participating in admission events as per our needs.
- Participate and perform in the in-house / hosted marketing activities, seminars, and on-the-spot admission sessions organized by the institute
- Build good rapport with a variety of constituents, like students and parents.
- Maintain file records of each applicant and update records in the MIS, including the collection of student testimonials and Branding.
- Daily progress report on the work assigned to be submitted to the Director of Admissions for her assessment

Any other job assigned by the seniors from time to time
