Technical Assistance Assist senior engineers in designing, planning, and executing projects. Support the preparation of technical drawings, reports, and process documentation. Help conduct feasibility studies, equipment testing, and troubleshooting. Work on small-scale assignments under supervision to develop hands-on technical skills. 3. Field & Site Work Visit project sites, plants, and client locations to understand operational requirements. Observe equipment setup, installations, and commissioning processes. Support engineers in monitoring project progress and timelines. Ensure that safety protocols and company guidelines are followed at all times. 4. Problem-Solving & Analysis Analyze technical issues and suggest practical solutions under guidance. Assist in data collection, testing, and quality assurance. Develop analytical thinking skills by evaluating reports and identifying potential improvements. Participate in process optimization and performance improvement initiatives. 5. Teamwork & Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and R&D. Collaborate with other trainees and senior staff on assigned projects. Communicate effectively with team members and report progress regularly. Build strong relationships with colleagues to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of training progress, observations, and project work. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for supervisors and managers. Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.Required Skills & Competencies1. Technical Skills A solid understanding of engineering principles, formulas, and design concepts. Proficiency in mathematics and problem-solving techniques. Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, or other domain-specific tools.
