Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our in-house team for managing and supervising construction projects from planning to execution and completion The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution quality control and regulatory compliance across residential and commercial developments The Candidate will have to work alongside the PMC and will play a role of monitoring the overall project and reports to the Management Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor to project timelines and specifications - Coordinate with Architects PMC Contractors Vendors and internal teams for smooth execution if needed - Monitor quality of materials and workmanship enforce safety and compliance standards wherever needed - Follow up and review project schedules progress reports and cost estimates - Active role in vendor evaluation and contract supervision - Ensure documents are available for certifications and regulatory submissions - Resolve on-site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays Qualifications Experience - Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering BE BTech Master s preferred - Two years of experience in site execution and project management for residential real estate development - Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulatory norms e g RERA local municipal codes - Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD and project tracking tools - Experience in managing multiple sites or phases simultaneously is a plus Desired Attributes - Communication and coordination skills - Problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and timelines - Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site - Familiarity with local language and regional construction practices especially in Maharashtra Job Type Full-time Pay 14 976 18 - 52 295 77 per month Work Location In person
