Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Human Resource Manager at Delhi Public School, Dwarka Expressway, located in Gurugram. The Senior Human Resource Manager will be responsible for leading HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role includes managing employee relations, performance evaluations, training and development programs, and other HR functions. The individual will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the School’s vision and values. Qualifications - Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes - Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, HR analytics, and strategic planning - Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture - Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and training programs - Knowledge of compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices - Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the education sector is highly desirable - Payroll making
