Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Tester, The Software Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, performing software testing, ensuring quality assurance, and analyzing test results. Daily tasks include writing test cases, documenting results, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the development team to improve software quality and performance. Qualifications - Test Execution and Software Testing skills - Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and identifying issues - Quality Assurance competencies - Experience in writing and executing Test Cases - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Previous experience in the healthcare or IT industry is a plus Responsibilities: - Requirements Validation Verify that modules meet functional and non-functional specifications. - Test Cases & Scenarios Design and execute test cases, including predefined inputs, expected outputs, and edge cases. - Unit Testing Conduct tests on individual functions or methods in isolation. - Integration Testing Ensure modules work seamlessly with other components. - Interface Testing Validate APIs, data exchange, and communication protocols. - Error Handling Test failure conditions, exceptions, and recovery mechanisms. - Performance Testing Assess speed, responsiveness, and resource utilization. - Security Testing Conduct data protection, access control, and vulnerability checks. - Logging & Monitoring Verify error logs, audit trails, and monitoring hooks. - Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to regulatory, coding, and industry standards.
