Job Brief We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding If you excel at conducting interviews crafting engaging job postings and enhancing the employer brand we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Create and update job descriptions Source candidates via online platforms and social media Screen resumes and conduct interviews phone video in-person Manage job postings on career pages social media and job boards Collaborate with hiring managers for role-specific requirements Develop assignments and tests for candidates Provide candidate shortlists and manage job offers Monitor recruitment metrics e g time-to-fill source of hire Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events Facilitate onboarding for new hires Requirements Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Good judgment and decision-making abilities Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Application Question s How many months of HR experience do you have Is Karur location ok for you Are you available for direct interview at Karur location by Wednesday 16th July 2025 Work Location In person
