We at BTS are looking for a HR Recruiter with experience in either IT or Non-IT hiring Exp range 1-2 years relevant Location Hosur Krishnagiri Bangalore Work Mode WFH initially until further update Must be ready to work from Hosur Office once started Key Responsibilities Sourcing and screening Find and attract qualified candidates through job boards professional networks social media and specialized platforms like LinkedIn Screen resumes applications and conduct pre-screening calls to assess technical abilities and cultural fit Collaboration with Team Lead Senior Recruiter Work closely with team to understand specific job requirements forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Interview process Schedule coordinate and conduct interviews which may include technical assessments and behavioral questions Offer and onboarding Extend job offers and negotiate terms Work with HR to manage the onboarding process for new hires Pipeline management Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles Market knowledge Stay current with new technology trends products and IT hiring market best practices Employer branding Promote the company as a desirable place to work and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Technical knowledge Ability to understand and explain basic technical job requirements Recruitment tools Proficiency with applicant tracking systems ATS recruitment platforms and various sourcing techniques like Boolean search Advanced search Communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to listen communicate and build relationships with candidates and the internal team Time management Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 200 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Application Question s What is your total experience into HR Recruitment What is your Notice period What is your current CTC Work Location In person
